Friday around 11:30am, I arrived at this small seafood place. First time there, very very clean. Open since November 2019. Owners are super nice. They have a nice selection of seafood from whole fish to filets (they will clean the whole fish if you would like) to crabmeat and oysters in small containers, they can special order items listed on the board of you so desire. They had haddock, salmon, whiting, halibut, dressed catfish, scallops......snow crab legs, Dungeness crab clusters, oysters, blue crabs...... The prices are very reasonable, the best I found so far. Some whole fish are local from Georgetown to others from NC.
I’ve driven hours here and I hope to come next week my baby love blue crabs as much as I do and she didn’t even grow up or growing up in Baltimore like me and I’m never disappointed I’m literally looking forward to my next visit they’re definitely fighters though (the crabs) had to clean up a entire vat of oil one time but I was so pleased with the selection I just named him and saved for last and he was amazing BOB was delicious I call and let him (The Owner) know I’m coming and from how far and I’m always able to get my crabs and I’m talking over the span of a few years I’m otw soon M&C I’ll add photos later cause I always intend to but I get too excited never thought I’d get this much excitement from a blue crab that wasn’t Maryland bred, but this next time I promise I will take pics
I’ve never been to a seafood market and not smell seafood. This facility is so clean I can like the floor lol. Not literally but you know what I mean. The service was very welcoming. It was a pleasure to shop here, I will be back for more!
After calling around for crab roe at nearby markets with no luck, I was pleasantly surprised to find it here. Customer service was great, the store is clean, and the owner is very friendly. I'm heading back today, driving past two seafood markets on the way. The service, cleanliness of the store, and freshness of the seafood is worth the trip! I texted the number to ask if they sold all male blue crabs and was so excited to be in luck. We picked up a dozen and steamed them with old bay, as Baltimore transplants would do. Big Delicious Heavy crabs. Very friendly service and a great price. Can’t wait to come back to get some fish for dinner next week
